Shipping: 

When we receive your payment, Your orders will be dealt with within 24 hours. Normally, it will take around 15-25 working days to make your cosplay costume after we got your payment. It will then take about 3-20 working days for the package to travel from our warehouse to your mailing address. So, you can get your costume in 18-45 working days.

 *The processing time for cosplay commissions usually takes around 1-3 months, depending on the complexity of your costume.

We will ship it by FedEx, DHL, UPS, Airmail, EMS, ets. And we will add the tracking number thru our order system after we got it, and then our order system will send an email to you. We ship worldwide for all the costumes on our site. (Some areas may not be able to be shipped due to logistics restrictions. After placing an order, we will inform customers by email that the area is not available.) If staff detects that an order is for a remote area after it has been placed, we will notify the customer via email to change the address or to ask for paying a remote surcharge. (In some areas where transportation is inconvenient or the logistics system is inadequate, logistics companies may charge the remote surcharge for delivery, such as FedEx, DHL and UPS). For some accessories and special offers, the customer should bear the shipping cost. (*Please provide a physical street address if possible. Providing a PO Box address or a military address will significantly increase the chances of your package being lost.)
