Conditions of use

Dear cosplay fans, thank you so much for purchasing from us! Please note that it usually takes around 5-10 days for a "ready to ship" suit (item titled ready to ship), 15-25 days for a standard size suit, and 25-35 days for a custom fit suit. Besides, it needs 3-5 business days for shipping (standard shipping or fast shipping). Please place an order that matches your events.

1. About the size

Before you select the size, please check our size charts carefully. Each product has a corresponding size chart right on the product page, please double-check it. Since it is not based on the US standard, you should check it with the INCH or CM. Please do take a few minutes to measure yourself with tight-fitting clothes, do not choose the size according to your usual size. Please make sure all of your measurements are within the same size range, if at least one crosses a different size, please select the custom size. Help both of us save trouble in the future. If you have any questions, just send us an email, we will respond to you as soon as we can. 

If you ordered before from our website, please make sure that you check the correct size chart on the product page since we've updated all size charts now. (*Note: the HOW TO MEASURE chart was updated on Aug 19th, 2023, and the shoe size chart was updated on 2023/ 09/ 16 at 12:23 PM (China Time)).

*Please be aware that the customized item cannot be refunded or returned once it starts to make, please make a careful decision. The customized item is a personal request, which requires higher manual skills, the processing time might be longer, and it is risky to have size issues. Please notice that we don't make custom sizes on accessories, except for boots circumference, and functional belts. Although we have a strict quality check before sending out, if there is a delay or size or defective problem with your customized order, please contact us and we will do our best to offer a preferable solution. 

*If the measurements fall outside the parameters outlined in our size chart, there is a possibility of incurring an additional customization fee. The precise amount will be contingent upon the intricacies of the costume's design. Alternatively, your order could necessitate cancellation. We will ensure to provide you with timely updates following the receipt of your order.

*Usually, the waist size is available for the pants, skirt, dress, and jumpsuit, but it's not available for the coat, shirt, or vest. Because the waist of the coat, shirt, and vest is usually made based on the chest size. Our tailor takes the measurements based on the cut of the costume to have your costume made comfortable to fit.

*The custom size is mainly made according to the wearer's height, and chest-waist-hip measurements, the other measurements provided might be used as reference measurements. Due to the limitation that only online customization is available currently, our customized size can only ensure that it is comfortable to wear instead of the perfect fitting. If this is not acceptable, we strongly recommend choosing the standard size and modifying it with a local seamstress.

*Helmets and masks are all in one size.

*Wigs might need customers to do styling.

2. About the payment

New customers who place an initial order over US$1000 may be asked to use PayPal, Sezzle, or make a bank transfer due to credit card restrictions.

3. About the inevitable situation

We are committed to offering high standards of services. However, there is an unpredictable situation during international shipping. When the package arrived at your locality, but the courier couldn't deliver in time due to horrible weather, unsuccessful customs clearance or other local policy issues. And most of the products are handmade products, there may be some small flaws that are inevitable, such as threads, lints and so on. These issues are beyond our control, we reject any refund application caused by. 

4. About the return

ProCosplay would love to provide you with pleasant purchase experience and you can return or exchange any order to us within 7 days after receiving it. The customer acknowledges that he/she accepts that he/she may not return customize items, for items made to his/her specifications and/or revised or altered at his/her request. If you would like to return an item, visit the Contact Us section and then file a TICKET at support option or email us via [email protected]. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address we gave you. The package must be returned and you need to send us the tracking number within 5 business days once we gave you the address, or we will default the requirement of return is withdrawn, and it can't be resubmitted. You will receive an email once we receive your package and process your return. Customs charges are at your expense if you return an order from a country different from ours. ProCosplay reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements. *Please don't refuse the package without noticing us! Otherwise, we will deduct return shipping and additional charges from your refund.

*If there is any sizing or other problem with your costumes, please don't wash or modify before contacting us. We don't accept any return or refund for costumes that are washed or not in original size.

*Please contact us within 1 month after the package is delivered if there are any issues with the item. Or the after-sales service is not available.

5. About the customs duties

A customs duty is an indirect tax on the import or export of goods in international shipping. The customs duties charges is random, it depends on the policy of each country and region. Please kindly note the customs charges are at the buyer's expense. If the package is returned due to customs duty being uncompleted, we are afraid the buyer will bear all consequences. 

6. About the shipping cost

A shipping cost is charged by the carrier when we send the package to you. The shipping rates on our website are offered by the carriers of DHL, FedEx, UPS, or China Post. The shipping charge is automatically assessed at checkout based on the actual weight of the item and your shipping address.

Please kindly note, there is an extra shipping cost may be applied if the dimensional weight of your package exceeds the actual weight or if your postcode belongs to the remote locations of the carrier. Identically, if we find that the shipping cost you placed for the order exceeds the actual shipping cost, we will issue you a refund for the difference.

7. ProCosplay Tips:

As our site's capabilities are currently a bit limited, we're working hard to ensure everyone enjoys the best possible experience. In certain situations, we may face challenges in accepting your new orders. This means there's a possibility your new order might need to be canceled and refunded upon its arrival. Here are some scenarios where this could happen:

  • If you've initiated a credit card chargeback.
  • If you've filed a case through PayPal.
  • If your return exceeds the specified timeframe.
  • If you've had more than three returns.
  • If your returns have had a bit of an impact on their resale condition.
  • If you don't cooperate with post-sale processes.
  • If you've shared a less-than-positive review.
