Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You can check the order status by sending your order number to our customer service at Alice@procosplay.com;
If you have a ProCosplay Account you can also check your order status through the My Account page. Here are some terms that will help you understand your order status:
Pending - Order has been submitted but you have not been charged
Processing - Order transmitted to our studio to start the crafting process and your card has been charged
Shipped - You entire order has been packed and shipped
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled and a refund has been arranged for you
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. This email will contain your tracking number.
Q. When will my pre-order ship?
A: An estimated ship date is provided on the product description page to give you an idea of when the item should be in-stock and ready to ship. The ship date provided is an estimate. Your item could arrive earlier than the estimated date and you will be notified if there's a delay in shipping.
